CHALLENGE

TCP has managed distinct loyalty campaigns for individual brands thus far. The new objective is
to streamline and integrate these campaigns into a unified company-wide loyalty program. This comprehensive loyalty initiative is strategically crafted to target B2C customers across diverse
channels, including Capcode, TCP E-Commerce, and Marketplace.

SOLUTIONS

EGG started figuring out this challenge by coming up with the Point Concept.
We are looking at how users earn and use points by checking out past info and using a business
logic. This helps find the best point to aim for and plans out how brands can use points so they
keep their value, as TCP currency
. Also, EGG has developed a Customer Data Platform (CDP)
for this specific project, connecting various data sources using APIs from TCP to create one
comprehensive view of customers.
