The campaign significantly boosted the conversion rate by 4.42 times and improved the return on ad spend (ROAS) by 2.34 times.
The Impact of Hygiene 5x Fragrance Campaign: This campaign created seamless awareness through O2O2O media to increase sales from existing customers and capture market share from competitors. By utilizing OOH (Out-of-Home) media such as Shoppers’ Digital Screen, online media, and on-premise media, the campaign precisely targeted audiences and crafted suitable content for each medium. This effort led to the brand becoming the market leader in fabric softeners, increasing new customers by 36%, with 16% coming from competitors.
